Bryan Disher, Independent Director

Mr. Disher is a retired partner from PwC Canada and has 37 years of experience with the firm’s practices in Canada, Australia and Ukraine. He has assisted companies with public offerings in Canada and the United States, acquisitions, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and governance. He served on the Board of Directors of PwC Canada for eight years, including a term as Chairman. Mr. Disher also serves as a Director for Balmoral Resources Ltd., Lexington Bioscience, Inc. and Minds + Machines Group Limited. Mr. Disher is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.

David Donnan, Independent Director

Mr. Donnan is a leader in the global food and agricultural sector with over 35 years of experience working in consumer products, technology and retail industries. He is currently a Partner Emeritus at A.T. Kearney and was previously a Senior Partner at the firm where he led their global food and beverage team. Mr. Donnan has presented at a variety of industry conferences for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, USDA, Grocery Manufacturers Association, Food Marketing Institute, Consumer Goods Forum, National Restaurant Association, Specialty Foods Association, U.S. Soybean Export Council, Farm Foundation, and Retail Council of Canada. He has also appeared on Bloomberg TV and is quoted in various business journals, including Business Week, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. Mr. Donnan holds a B.Sc. Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Business.

John Pigott , Independent Director

John Pigott serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Morrison Lamothe Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer of Coffee Club. Mr. Pigott’s background includes experience in manufacturing frozen food products for many national and retailer owned brands. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, product development and sales and has had tremendous success in growing Morrison Lamothe. Mr. Pigott has also served as Director of Polytainers Inc. since September 2005.
Jesse McConnell, Director

Jesse McConnell has a proven track record from his time as Co-Founder of Whistler Medical Marijuana Corp (WMMC) -- the first certified organic, federally-licensed cannabis growing facility in Canada -- which was sold to Aurora Cannabis for $175 million in January 2019. With nearly two decades of experience in the Cannabis industry, Jesse has an unparalleled network of relationships in the industry and has been involved in the design and licensure of multiple facilities across Canada and the United States. Jesse’s industry experience also includes the development of proprietary, innovative growth techniques to produce high-quality, certified organic, cannabis crops. Jesse has a B.A.(Hons) in Economics and a M.A. in Philosophy.

Margaret Brodie, CPA, CA, Director

Margaret Brodie has over 20 years of experience in finance, of which 10 were spent with KPMG. She spent six years in London (UK) working with global beverage and mining companies. While at KPMG she was on the emerging leaders program and active in thought leadership publication. After KPMG, Ms. Brodie worked with the Augusta mining group and acted in a corporate development role and as the CFO for several listed companies. Ms. Brodie holds CPA and CA designations in Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia.
